Windows Keyboard Shortcut Keys
You can use shortcut keys to do a specific command or to do a set of functions in a very quick and easy way.
Ctrl + A: Selects all of the text or object in the current document.
Ctrl + B: Bold your text.
Ctrl + C: Copy the text or object or item.
Ctrl + D: Displays the Font dialogue box.
Ctrl + E: Set your text or paragraph alignment to the center.
Ctrl + F: Opens a find dialog box where you can search for a specific word or collection of words.
Ctrl + G: Opens a Go-To dialogue box by which you can go to a specific location in the document.
Ctrl + H: Open a Replace dialogue box by which you can replace a specific word or the collection of words.
Ctrl + I: Set your text style to Italic and Vice Versa
Ctrl + J: Use to make text or paragraph justified
Ctrl + K: Use to create a hyperlink.
Ctrl + L: Set your text or paragraph alignment to left.
Ctrl + M: Indent a paragraph from the left.
Ctrl + N: Use to create a new document of the document you currently using.
Ctrl + O: Opens a document you saved earlier.
Ctrl + P: Prints a document.
Ctrl + Q: Use to remove text or paragraphs formatting.
Ctrl + R: Set your text or paragraph alignment to right.
Ctrl + S: Saves a document.
Ctrl + T: Use to open a new tab in browsers.
Ctrl + U: Underlines text.
Ctrl + V: Pastes the copied item or text.
Ctrl + W: Use to close the program you using currently.
Ctrl + X: Cuts the selected item or text.
Ctrl + Y: Redo the last action.
Ctrl + Z: Undo the last action.
